We wish to support those dogs and their breeders and owners from Ukraine, who are in need, and in March 2022, set up a special appeal for donations that have been periodically sent to the FCI (Federation Cynologique Internationale), which is in a position to help via its network of kennel clubs in Ukraine and neighbouring countries.

The support we have received over the last year for this Appeal has been incredible; a testament to all those who care about dogs and their owners in need of help. This includes a most incredible donation of $100,000 (approximately £76,000) from long-term supporters of the Trust, Vernon and Shirley Hill, supported of course by their beloved Yorkshire terrier, Sir Duffield.

Thanks to Mr & Mrs Hill's gift, and all the others that have flooded in over the months from dog lovers and groups across the UK, our total raised has now passed £257,000! The majority of these funds have already been sent to the FCI and are having a direct impact on the ground. You can read our latest update here

A year on from Russia's invasion, Ukraine remains devastated by the war and our canine friends in Europe still need our help. As such, we are holding an auction which is live now and you can check out the wonderful lots here. Lots include incredible canine art from the likes of Fan Yu, Salvatore La Spada and Anna Szabo, a private photo shoot with Anna Szabo, pet portraits, jewellery, holidays, experiences and more. Please do take a look and bid generously for these exclusive lots. If you are coming to Crufts, you can also bid on our stand (Hall 3, Stand 61), and the auction will close at 3pm on Sunday 12th March, just before Best In Show.
